Extension of the ANSEJ « Crédit Micro Entreprise » (credit for micro-firms)
       from 5 to 10 million dinars
Creation of a « Crédit fédératif » (federative credit) in order to ease
       the creation of a federation.
Government support to modernize irrigation
       (1 M ha to be equipped with irrigation
       systems (drop with drop) by the end of 2011).
