- Sensory evaluation of different olive oils (Tuesday 8 April 2025, 13:00 to 13:45): an expert in olive growing and local products, Mokhtar GUISSOUS will take you on a tour of quality olive oils.

The Djaz'Innov contest spotlights innovations likely to change the landscape of the Algerian agro-food market. The exhibitors nominated in the competition invite you to discover their innovative products during four presentation sessions organised in the Experts' Agora and scheduled over the four days of the show: Monday 7 April (2.30 p.m. to 3.15 p.m.), Tuesday 8 April (2.00 p.m. to 2.45 p.m.), Wednesday 9 April (12.00 p.m. to 12.45 p.m.) and Thursday 10 April (12.00 p.m. to 12.45 p.m.).
