With its 650 exhibitors and 23,000 trade visitors, Djazagro is, of course, Algeria's leading agro-food show. But it's also a place to meet people, discover new things and build your skills, with a wide range of events specially designed by experts in the sector.

• Cheese tasting (Monday 7 April 2025, 13:30 to 14:15): in the presence of Dr Feriel ADIDOU, discover the richness and diversity of Algerian cheeses and the delicious combinations that pair with them.
• Sensory evaluation of different olive oils (Tuesday 8 April 2025, 13:00 to 13:45): an expert in olive growing and local products, Mokhtar GUISSOUS will take you on a tour of quality olive oils.
• Recycled packaging (Wednesday 9 April 2025, 1.00 pm to 1.45 pm): Imene CHENTIR, Senior Lecturer at the "Ecole Supérieure des Sciences de l'Aliment et des Industries Agroalimentaires", reveals the secrets of recycling.

The Djaz'Innov contest spotlights innovations likely to change the landscape of the Algerian agro-food market. The exhibitors nominated in the competition invite you to discover their innovative products during four presentation sessions organised in the Experts' Agora and scheduled over the four days of the show: Monday 7 April (2.30 p.m. to 3.15 p.m.), Tuesday 8 April (2.00 p.m. to 2.45 p.m.), Wednesday 9 April (12.00 p.m. to 12.45 p.m.) and Thursday 10 April (12.00 p.m. to 12.45 p.m.).
