  • What is my personal space for?

    After placing an order in the store or requesting a badge, a personal space is automatically created.

    This personal space allows you to :

    • Download your badge
    • Request your visa letter for badge ordered.
  • How can I retrieve my password to access my personal area?

    For security reasons, the Djazagro team cannot give you your password by telephone or e-mail.

    We therefore invite you to click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the home page of your personal space.

  • When can I apply for my ticket online?

    You can request your ticket by clicking here.

  • How do I apply for my ticket online?

    Request your ticket by clicking here and follow the instructions.

    The online ticket request is free for all the sector's professionals.

    At the entrance, the ticket will be sold 1500 DA.

  • Can I change my ticket?

    A ticket is personal and nominative, and cannot be modified once ordered.

    All orders are final.

  • Does the ticket I order online give me direct access to the show?

    Yes. The ticket ordered online gives you direct access to Djazagro. You can download the ticket from your smartphone or generate and print out your ticket at the show entrance.

    Tickets are valid all 4 days of the trade show.

  • Can I enter the show with an e-ticket on my cell phone?
    You can access the show by presenting your ticket on an electronic device (smartphone, tablet).
  • What can I do if I haven't received my ticket after requesting it online?

    Once you have completed and validated the Djazagro ticket request form, you will receive a summary by e-mail. However, if this does not appear in your mailbox :

    • Make sure that the mail containing your ticket has not been identified as spam.
    • Did you enter the correct e-mail address when completing your entry form?
    • Make sure you have completed the registration. You may not have completed your order. In this case, check our website and connect to your account to finalize it.

  • What can I do if my ticket is available in my personal space, but I can't see it?

    Djazagro ticket is in PDF format.

    If you have trouble opening it, we recommend that you download the latest version of Adobe Reader.

  • I received a paper invitation card, how can I use it?

    The invitation card to the show is valid online: you must request your badge using the invitation code on the paper card.

    You can also register at the show entrance, but we recommend that you do so in advance and online to avoid queuing on the day.

    Please note that the invitation card does not allow you to enter the show. You need a badge to enter Djazagro.

  • Do you recommend any hotels in particular?
    Information will be available soon.
  • Are there access facilities for people with reduced mobility?
    The Palais des Expositions Safex is equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
  • Is parking available?
    Yes, the Safex exhibition center has 8,000 parking spaces for visitors and exhibitors. They will be indicated at the entrance to the park.
  • Are checkrooms available?
    No, there are no cloackrooms available at Djazagro.
  • Can I bring my dog?
    No, all animals are forbidden at the show, with the exception of dogs for the visually impaired.
  • Can I bring my children?
    As Djazagro is a trade show, children under the age of 16 are not allowed access to the show.
  • Where can I find the official show catalog?
    The official show catalog is available free of charge at the show entrances.
  • Is the show free?

    Yes, the Djazagro show is free if you request your badge in advance online.

    On site, if you arrive without your badge, entry to the show is 1,500 DA.
