The Hygienic Design Drain ensures production reliability by eliminating contamination. Hygienic Design drains have been specially designed to meet two key objectives: 1 - to ensure production reliability by eliminating cross-contamination from the floor. Thanks to the engineering work carried out, their shape allows 100% of residues to be drained away. Result: no bacterial growth on the floor and up to 15% fewer product recalls. Their deep-drawn technology offers a smooth, seamless finish with no corners or retention areas. 2 - reduce water consumption whilst ensuring a high level of hygiene. They enable savings of up to 94%: just 3 to 4 litres are sufficient to treat a specific quantity of waste, compared to 96 litres for a standard system. Constructed with reinforced flanges made of epoxy resin or stainless steel, their installation kit and seals simplify installation, saving up to 13% in time thanks to pre-assembled components.

The innovation concerns equipment fitted with a device enabling the synchronisation of a linear preform blower for the production of PET bottles with a rotary filler for these bottles, by means of a chain synchronisation device on which specific grippers are mounted for transferring the bottles by the neck. This is an ideal solution for all types of products: still or carbonated, cold or hot, with or without pulp, sensitive products (dairy, juices), food products (oil, sauces, etc.) or personal care products, even when using extremely lightweight bottles. Hygiene standards are naturally guaranteed thanks to the high-temperature heating of the PET preforms and their direct transfer to the filler, which reduces the risk of contaminants in the bottles. Furthermore, the system offers great operational flexibility with reduced format changeover times.

The PerfectaGEL® range accelerates setting and drying whilst offering a soft, elastic texture similar to gelatine. PerfectaGEL® is an instant-setting modified potato starch solution, Gummies made from starch or plant-based ingredients require several days of drying, creating bottlenecks and increasing energy and production costs. PerfectaGel is a fast-setting potato starch solution enabling high-yield, low-energy production of (vegan) gummies*. It works in starch-based or rigid (starch-free) moulds, reducing drying time from 36–72 hours to around 3 hours and enabling fortification thanks to its broad pH stability. PerfectaGEL® FS is a clean-label starch added at ~1% to existing recipes, reducing drying time by up to 50% without changing equipment. Together, they expand vegan and starch-based applications, free up drying capacity, improve process efficiency and help manufacturers increase output whilst reducing energy consumption and costs.
