‘Revolutionising agri-food sales: the importance of training in negotiation and customer management’ was the full title of Amine Zahraoui's presentation at the Experts' Agora on 10 April. In this interview filmed at Djazagro 2025, our guest summarises the content of his presentation: ‘showing ways to improve communication between engineers and salespeople in order to develop products that better meet consumer needs.’
Clearly, this theme fits perfectly with the career path of this agricultural science engineer trained at the University of Blida, who has gradually progressed through R&D and, above all, marketing and sales management roles in various companies (agrochemistry, animal nutrition, agri-food). This need to build bridges between technical and commercial skills is also at the heart of the training courses offered by the ITCCF (International Training Coaching & Consulting Forum), which he created in 2019 and which supports technicians in a gradual transition to technical-commercial roles.
Building bridges: this is also the whole point of the trade show to which Amine Zahraoui is now attached. ‘It's an event that creates real momentum and allows small and medium-sized players to enter the world of industry,’ he sums up in this video.
Like the ITCCF, Djazagro helps technical professionals in the agri-food sector (engineers, R&D managers, product developers, etc.) to improve their commercial skills by offering targeted conferences and training courses that enable them to develop their sales, negotiation and customer management skills.
Every year, the Experts' Forum sheds light on the key issues facing the agri-food industry. From Sunday 12 to Wednesday 15 April 2026, come and listen, debate and develop your projects at the heart of Djazagro
